Builder

I build AI systems and lead the teams that put them to work. Today I'm leading the build of an AI control plane for a national health care payer: one system to register, monitor and shut off every AI agent the company runs. Before that I built data platforms at Lantern Studios and founded Qualia AI Consulting.

Leader

I work both ends of the problem. With executives, I set priorities and decide what's worth building. With the people doing the work, I find where the hours go. Then I build the fix myself with Claude Code and modern AI tools, get it into daily use, and hand it to engineering to support.

Marine

I served 16 years in the Marine Corps, most of it in Force Reconnaissance, leading small teams on independent missions. I hold an MBA from SMU and run a small rental property business on the side.
